Following the underground success of the Sweetheart Soul Jam youtube series, Mac delivers again on Sweetheart Soul Jam, Vol. 2. As the name suggests this volume takes a deeper dive into the various elements of soul and RnB music throughout the ages and is encapsulated in this 4 track EP. In Volume 2 Mac focuses on failed communications and faded loved ones, broken hometowns, and love hiding in plain sight. With Pt 6 & Pt 7 already released, he partners up with filmmaker Ned Espeut-Nickless to create perfectly suited and stunning visuals. This project takes on a more matured form to its predecessor Volume 1 with harder-hitting topic matters and a refined sound that utilizes silky, guitar-driven melodies amidst dreamy instrumentals.
